I Am Not Well
I've just been diagnosed with severe child-caused-exhaustion by Dr. Ralph, a world renowned exhaustion expert. A second opinion was obtained from a colleague of his, a doctor by the name of Booger-Head, and the diagnosis was confirmed.
Unfortunately my insurance company doesn't cover six nights hotel in Mazatlan, which is the only known cure for CCE. There's no hope for me, save your self!

That doctor has great exhaustion-checking technique. Did you have to coach him on form there?
Perhaps your insurance will cover a little girls night out shopping extravaganza with a good friend, for a small copay...
